Each brooch has a permanent magnet on the back and comes with an additional matching magnet to adhere to any material you desire. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Never immerse rhinestone jewelry in water or cleaning solution. To clean the crystal or rhinestone part of the brooch, add two drops of clear dishwashing liquid in a small bowl of cold or lukewarm water, moisten a soft toothbrush in the water and brush gently, concentrating on the nooks and crannies where dust accumulates. When you are through, buff dry with a soft cloth. Use a Q-tip to wipe dry in the tiny areas.
